Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy

DOMESTIC RETURN AND REFUND

  • In-stock orders can be returned or refunded within 3 days of delivery by contacting MR POP via email/WhatsApp and providing the order number.

  • Any product purchased by the customer that is eligible for return may be returned; however, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs within the UAE, including the original shipping charge and the return shipping charge.

  • Full refunds or replacements: MR POP will cover return shipping costs if the product is damaged, defective, or does not match its description on the website. A replacement item will be provided if it is available, or a full refund will be issued, including any shipping fees.

  • A replacement can be offered only once per order, subject to availability and the condition of the item. If the customer remains dissatisfied with the replacement, MR POP will only offer a return and refund, with the buyer bearing return shipping costs in that scenario.

  • Items included in promotional or sale offers are not eligible for return or refund, regardless of condition, and cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.

  • Items labeled as “Damaged” or “Non-Mint” are ineligible for returns, replacements, or refunds.

  • Funko items with a “Chase” variant are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Funko items with minor manufacturing flaws or painting errors do not qualify as defective and are ineligible for returns.

  • Returns and replacements are not available for PO box or forwarder addresses, and MR POP will not be responsible for the condition of items after reaching the final destination.

  • Unsealed or opened gadgets or home decor items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • For all Returns: Items must be returned in their sealed and original packaging. MR POP reserves the right to refuse any returned shipments if products have been used or tampered with, including but not limited to Soda Vinyls.

  • Refunds will be processed via the “Original Mode of Payment” within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. For “Cash on Delivery” payments, customers must provide their bank details to receive the refund after the items are successfully returned to MR POP’s warehouse.

CANCELLATION

  • Customers can cancel in-stock orders within 12 hours of placing the order. If the order was paid online, refunds will be issued to the initial payment method.
  • Pre-orders can be canceled free of charge within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Pre-orders canceled after 12 hours are subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the total order amount.
